Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

• Assist HR Executive for (Recruitment & Training) to implement and ensure the whole process to be in order and support (C&B) to facilitate the payroll such as attendance, leaves and absenteeism control
• Assist HR Manager to general Human resources and administration issues.
• External relationship with government offices, suppliers and vendors.
• Monitor office assets, stationery, and others office supplies.
• Arrange travelling itinerary, accommodation, visa and allowance for the local and foreigner.
• Good interdepartmental relationship and built up the optimistic affiliation within the organization
• Supervise the Admin Cum Receptionists to ensure the daily jobs process are effective and efficient.
• Any Adhoc responsibility assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements

• Any degree
• At least 3-year experiences in HR and Admin field.
• Good understanding leave and overtime principal and possess knowledge of the basic office management.
• Good communication, negotiation and presentation skill
• Well organized and cooperation in team work.
• Conversational English is added value and compulsory for MS Office.
• Well verse in Myanmar and English Typing skills
