Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

Act as guardian for all Human Resources Policies and Procedures ensuring awareness and compliance from staff
Support Recruitment and On boarding processes for the different departments with the support from the Talent Acquisition and Talent Development Teams.
Monitor salary and wage administration including the conducting of salary surveys on a regular basis to determine position in the market place.
Monitor and maintain effective probation and annual appraisal system for all staff.
Produces end of period HR reports
Lead HR Projects such as Performance Management process, engagement activities, employee opinion survey, etc.
Ensure that all staff are updated on the communicated information and development of the company through different channels such as staff newsletter, notice boards, poster, signs and meetings.

Job Requirements

• Education Qualification: Bachelor Degree in related field, MBA preferred
• Experience: Min 5 years in HR field
• HR Functional Knowledge
• Up to date knowledge of Employment and Labor Law of Myanmar
• Business Insights and ability to translate Business insights to HR practices
• Proficient in English (Speak, read and write)
• Effective Training Skills
