Job Description

An exciting opportunity to join Myanmar's fastest growing Online Classifieds business.

Recruitment: co-ordinate advertising, filter candidates, organise interviews, liaise with hiring managers, finalise appointments and commencements
Work with line managers in relation to performance management, probation-related discussions and terminations as required
Assist in the administration, tracking and reporting of Performance related activities, including Performance Reviews
Develop HR and company process, controls, governance relating to people and culture
Provide oversight of the outsourced payroll function, including final checking of salary and performance
Co-ordinate, manage and maintain appropriate records of recruitment, employment and training of staff to meet employee, company and statutory requirements and entitlements
Ensure that all HR activities comply with relevant Acts, legal demands and ethical standards
Contribute to the fostering of a positive working culture at the company.

Job Requirements

At least five - ten years of hands-on, operationally focused Human Resource Management experience in a corporate environment
The proven ability to liaise with an executive management team in a concise and solution- focused manner
Strong reporting and communication skills, with the proven ability to form productive relationships at all seniority levels and across functional lines
Provide general advice, consultation and coaching to the business including, remuneration & benefits, workforce planning, recruitment, organisational design, ER issue resolution, performance & risk management
Driven to make a difference through ensuring best practice HR support is in place
Be comfortable working in a standalone HR role, reporting into the GM of Finance and Operations
Enjoy being hands on, reactive and tactical in solving problems
