Job Purpose:

To maintain and enhance organization’s human resources practices that will provide an employee-oriented high-performance culture, emphasizing empowerment, quality, productivity, and goal attainment; develops human resources processes and metrics that support the achievement of the organization’s business goals.


Key Responsibilities:

• Maintains the organizational and work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
• Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counselling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
• Communicates and monitors employee value proposition as perceived by employment prospects and make aware to management on the discrepancy observed.
• Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
• Maintains a pay structure by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.
• Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee performance works with line managers in managing employee disciplinary action, handling or resolving employee grievances, and counselling employees and supervisors.
• Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits, benchmark and review benefit programs and make the recommendation to management.
• Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable labour and labour protection law; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization on legal cases.
• Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
• Maintains human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
• Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on performance and work result.
• Establishes and maintain a relationship with external talents sources including target universities and colleges, alumni network, or other social networks.
• Provides superior internal employee services to meet organizational guideline or standard of service quality according to employer brand image.
• Attract, retain, and develop human resource staff to meet required competencies and capacity.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
