Job Description

1 Responsible for sourcing, attracting, recruiting, interviewing, and on-boarding employees to an organization by communicating with social media and recruitment agencies and ensuring the talent transformation project is a success
2 Assist HR Manager on other general human resources and administrative matters
3 Executing and Reporting, all Employee relations, labor and legal compliance matters as per the SOP of HR Organization
4 Provide reports on a regular basis, and as requested or directed, to keep the senior management team inform of the operation and progress of compliance efforts.
5 Access training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
6 Oversee daily operations of HR Department

Job Requirements

• Any graduate, Male (or) Female
Prefer to Diploma in HRM
• At least (3) years’ experience in HR Fields
• Computer proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook
• Ability to build effective teams and create a positive working environment
• Able to communicate smoothly and politely with all level of staff.
• Able to work as teamwork.
• Proactive and service oriented.
• Methodical and accuracy in work details.
• Can keep the confidential of personnel and company safety.
