Job Description

Recruitment & Selection

• Reviewing resumes and applications
• Conducting recruitment interviews
• Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
• Working with recruitment job postal to source for candidates for specific job positions
• Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees
• Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities
• Organize candidate’s data and file the necessary documents of selected successful candidate and update in the databases software
• Prepare job offer letter and Employment Contract for endorsement
• Prepare compassion allowance for employee and pay to eligible beneficiaries directly
• Perform background and reference checks as needed

Compensation & Benefit

• Calculate Monthly Salary
• Preparing and processing timely distribution of salary, Preparation of salary statement
• Arrange SSB and Personal Income tax documentation, employee benefits
• Conducting various welfare activities
• Engaging with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization
• Performance Appraisal counseling process.

Learning & Development

• New Joiner orientation, follow up & discussion with related department Head.
• Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
• Plan, design, deliver and support the development and implementation of all aspects of the organization’s training programs, including e-Learning programs.
• Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and activities.
• Maintain an updated curriculum, training course, and training materials.
• Collaborate with management teams to assess internal training and development needs aligned with the competencies.
• Develop a deep employee engagement through the implementation of an efficient and responsive training services team and relevant programs.
• Develop and monitor expenses against the department budget.
• Collaborate with Training and Development management, oversee, manage and lead the team

Job Requirements

• Any graduate & preferred HR Diploma Holder
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in relevant HR field.
• Computer literate particularly with Microsoft words
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to details.
• Must have negotiation skill.
• Well mediated between employees & Management
• Good writing, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure and efficiently.
• Ability to speak good English and Fluent in Myanmar.
• Should be able to keep discretion, confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
