Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

You will be responsible to supervise and manage the HR matters such as in time Recruitment, Social Welfare, handling the employee’s grievances and monitor the usage of HR Budget and Expenses for the Seasons BK outlets, Factory, Fresh Food Production and Warehouse.
• Mainly responsible for in time recruitment for the Seasons Bakery outlets also the supporting unit with all required skills and knowledge candidates.
• Ensure that all job vacancy advertisement must be with all necessary information’s at the (Social Media, Job Agency, recruitment websites and LinkedIn) and validating them on their experience and interest.
• Also Identifying right candidates with required Skill set and experience and make sure that it should match with the requirement as per the job descriptions.
• Draw a plan and supervised the recruitment process in order to fulfill with in the targeted timeline and also find the sources intend to recruit skillful candidates.
• Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
• Carry out analysis of Exit Interview questionnaires to look at recruitment and retention issues and report to the Human Resources Director as appropriate.
• Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by operation managers to coach and discipline employees hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors.
• Maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
• Focus and check the employee KPI which is consistent with each actual performance and support for the salary increment process and promotion process
• Monitor the usage of HR expenses within the allowed budget, if found find the sources and report to HR Director altogether with solutions and draw an action plan.
• Make sure that all employees have equal opportunities, to acknowledge their individual differences and uphold their rights and responsibilities as set out in law and by CMHL policies.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree Holder
• More preferable MBA degree holder or a credibility HR certificate/ Diploma holder
• Must have minimum 3 or 4 years at the management level of overall HR field
• Must have data analyzing skill and presentation skill
• Well understanding of current labor law and SSB policy.
• Computer Literate, can be used Microsoft office thoroughly.
• English Literate
