Job Description

- Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment , benefits and compensation , employee relationships, and compliance with all applicable laws for employees.
- Review and restore necessary changes on company HR policies.
- Headcount planning to support business development needs.
- Execute full-cycle payroll process.
- Partnership with top management and department managers for organizational strengthen and enhancement.
- Be alert of any legal update at each of our offices and its cost impact and/or impact on our employment terms and conditions
- Responsible for all HR functions or matters when Superiors are away.
- Able to perform any jobs assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

- Any Graduate , HRM Certificate or diploma holder are more preferable
- Age must be 27 -35
- Knowledge and experienced in local employment law , compensation , recruitment , employment relations and development.
- Knowledge in Performance Management System including Salary increment , Salary adjustment planning , setting individual and department KPIs.
- At least 4-5 years experience in related field.
- Must have personality , interpersonal skill , presentation skill and negotiation skill are required.
- Able to work under directions and complete tasks required with time accuracy.
- Proficiency in English especially in written and spoken.
- Computer literacy .
- Well known of using Internet & Email .
