- Preparing and registering employment contract at labor office.
- Updating staffs’ personal data regularly.
- Collecting attendance data and updating leave balance.
- Processing and calculating payroll operation on time.
- Registration, contribution and benefit claim process of SSB.
- Registration, contribution and updating of personal income tax.
- Preparing pay slip and arranging to distribute regionally.
- Organizing staff welfare program.
- Handling client complaints satisfactorily and effectively.
- Dealing with related government offices such as SSB, Income Tax and Labor affairs.
