An Excellent Opportunity for ...

• Recruit, screen, interview, hire and dismiss employees as necessary, following all HR processes and procedures.
• Direct all hiring and training procedures for new employees.
• Continually educate employees on company policies and keep employee handbook current.
• Administer or change benefits, health plans, retirement plans etc.
• Understand labor laws.
• Attend to employee complaints and work to resolve conflicts.
• Monthly Payroll process (prepare payroll data, calculation of Deduction/Increasing,.., checking detailed payroll data from vendor, Summary Payroll Report Tax, SSB payment application).

Job Requirements

• Any Bachelor Degree,prefer in HRM Diploma or Certificate.
• 2+ years management experience in HR
• Effective communicator, both verbally and written
• Strong sense of responsibility and accountability
• A degree or recognized qualification in Human Resources, or a related topic
