What you will do

Responsibilities
• Provide and assist Manager on HR tasks
• Organize staff training sessions, workshops and activities
• Provide basic counseling to staff who have performance related obstacles
• Provide and assist in developing human resource plans
• Provide advice and recommendations on disciplinary actions
• Provide advice and assistance to manager on human resource plan and personnel management policies and procedure
• Attends to employee grievances and complaints; provides guidance if necessary
• Evaluates the effectiveness of the respective training programs by obtaining feedback from employees
• Provides feedback to the management to enhance a better and cordial working environment
• Reviews compensation and benefits
• Reviews, update and maintains proper filing of insurance policy, HR handbook, Performance Appraisal from and training schedules.
• Must be knowledge in Myanmar Labour Law

What you are good at

Requirement
• Age under 30
• Any graduate (HR Diploma or Certificated holders are preferable)
• Must have at least 3 years experience in related field
• Proficient in HR matter
• Able to communicate well with all levels of people
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Ability to start in short notice a strong advantage
• Good appearance, flexible & good negotiation skills
• Develop, implement, maintain and review operation policies, procedures and activities to prevent illegal, unethical and/or inappropriate conduct.
• Draft and review all contract agreements and internal policies ensuring that all are in compliance with existing statutory and/or laws.
• Monitor and review new laws, amendments, directives and relevant rules and regulations of Government & Micro Finance Institution's policies, procedures.
• Computer literate - MS Word, Excel, Power Point & E-Mail
