What you will do

The Brief of the Role;

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible to design and implement overall recruiting strategy, overall support daily HR activities, assisting in coordinating HR policies, processes and relevant documents.

Responsibilities;
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.
• Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process.
• On-board new employees in order to become fully integrated.
• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the HR Manager.
• Plan and organize staff engagement activities together with department heads.
• Liaising with all government agencies to ensure adherence to compliance.
• Reviewing job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals and updating them in consultation
with the respective managers.
• Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment,
training, leave record, etc.)
• Communicate with government authorities when necessary.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.

What you are good at

Requirements;

• Graduated in any field.
• Minimum 3 years of handling recruitment function with diverse business units.
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with fluency in English; both written and oral.
• Must be professional in handling day to day HR related issues.
• Highly motivated, detail oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
• Committed to teamwork and able to work under limited supervision.
• Flexible, adaptable and a quick learner.

In addition to warehousing, Kospa has fleet infrastructure to manage long and short haul transport requirements for the Myanmar market.
