-Plan, direct, and coordinate the administrative functions of an organization.
-Oversee the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new staff; consult with top executives on strategic planning; and serve as a link between an organization's management and its employees.
- Involved with recruitment, training, career development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, industrial relations, employment law, compliance, disciplinary and grievance issues, redundancies etc.

Job Requirements

-Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in HRM.
-At least 3 years of related work experiences.
Knowledge of labour legislation.
-Familiar with HRM systems and applicants tracking systems and recruitment process.
-Strong phone,email and in person communications skills.
-Effective written and verbal communication skills in Myanmar and English.
-Detail-oriented,self-motivated and able to work independently.
