Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

1) Assist in all recruitment actions to touch the recruitment targets

2) Work with staff attendance data, leave data and make monthly analysis of these data

3) Prepare monthly Payroll related data and report to HR - C&B function; Calculate Partial Staff Salary

4) Work with the manpower database, filing system and another documentation process

5) Be approachable and helpful to staff at all times, to create a perception of HR as a support unit

6) Assisting Head of HR dept. or HR Manager for the Development of Human Resources procedures and policies as required.

Job Requirements

1) Bachelor’s degree in any field is a “Must”. Diploma or above in Human Resources Management is an added Advantage.

2) 2-year professional work experience in related field is preferred.

3) High sense of personal integrity, discretion, and good judgement

4) Good communications skills & interpersonal skill

5) Computer proficiency in word processing

6) Language Proficiency in English
