A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

-Responsible for all Recruitment and Selection processes (CV screening, Phone Interview, Offer Letter, ...)
-Accountable for all exiting process
-Maintain and Update Employee Database regularly
-Handle Employment Contracts and be able to communicate with Labor Offices
-Conducting Office Letters such as Letter of Appointment, Notice Letter, Warning Letter, and so on
-Perform all the HR related functions assigned by HR Manager
-Orientation progress for all new employees
-Arrange Training and Development Programs by coordinating with other Head of Department
-Maintain and keep confidential Personal files and other Letters
-Reporting to HR Manager

Job Requirements

-Any graduated with 3 years experience in HR Field
-Prefer Diploma in Human Resources Management
-Excellent in Microsoft Office
-Be able use HR Software
-Fluent in both English and Myanmar
-Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication Skills
-Be able to work Under Pressure
-Be able to respond the inquires related with HR issues from Employees
