Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

-Assist the HR Manager to handle day-to-day human resource operations
-Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc. and resolve issues and problems
-Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment
-Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
-Maintains human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, tracking vacation, sick, and personal time.
-Liaise with government agencies on HR relevant matters such as income tax, SSB and employment contract etc.
-Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
-Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
-Be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries
-Assist in recruitment processes
-Post job openings in job advertisement platforms
-Perform screening interviews with candidates
-Coordinate interviews with team leaders and/or HODs
-Following up on the interview process status
-Performing reference and background checks
-Keep the update record of JDs and prepare
-Conduct employee onboarding and help plan training & development
-Undertake tasks in performance management
-Documents human resources actions by completing forms, reports, and records.
-Accomplishes human resources department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
-Other tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirements

-Business Degree or Diploma
-Minimum 2 years’ relevant HR experience
-Familiar with Myanmar Labour Law and practices
-Able to communicate in English (written and spoken)
-Can relate to people at all levels
-Self-motivated and positive
-Proficient Microsoft Word, Excel
-Excellent communication and people skills
-Aptitude in problem-solving
-Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
