• Excellent knowledge on HRMS and Payroll software.• Handle monthly payroll process, including collecting and verifying timekeeping information and processing payroll.• Prepare Monthly income tax payable.• Responsible for annual budgeting , • Responsible for preparing and collecting documents for internal and external auditing.• Data inputs for salary and benefits budget planning delivered accurately, on time and in accordance with the standard.• Develop financial and operational reports when requested by compiling summary data of earnings state and federal taxes, deductions.• Process manual checks when required.• Implement and handle effective employee relation related matters.• Manage to other job tasks in HR department according to the situational need of urgency and priority.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management/Administration, or a related field required.• Minimum 3 or 5 years of experience in implementing HRM & Payroll Solutions.• Willing to work smart, work hard and overtime to complete assignments when needed.• Good English in writing and verbal communication skills.• Strong organizational and leadership skills.• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
