Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

Payroll Administration (80% of your time)

Conduct monthly payroll calculations for Myanmar clients

Assist and provide clients with SSB and Income Tax registration calculations and submissions

Learn and be familiar with Myanmar Payroll software

Register employees under Company for Insurance and update insurance companies of new joiners or leavers

Key contact person for clients situated in Myanmar

Assisting  Search Team (20% of your time) – Commission Provided

Assist to search for suitable local candidates for roles closed by recruitment team

Place advertorials on social media or advise and provide solutions to Singapore team to attract local talents

Prepare shortlisted candidate profile to be presented to client

Be the point of contact for clients situated in Myanmar

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

Demonstrated competency in excel and math

Good level of written and spoken English

Experience with accounting, payroll or business related software

Good interpersonal skills and comfortable speaking with people

Would like to work in a dynamic company

Pro-active and takes initiatives

A problem solver and enjoys discovering new skills and abilities


Skills

Good with Excel - Able to User Formulas

Familiar with Myanmar Labor Laws

Familiar with various labor and tax offices
