Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

- Provide administrative support for HR Manager
- Organize, compile, update company personnel records and documentation
- Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, vacation and days off
- Prepare, manage and store paperwork for HR policies and procedures
- Answer employees’ questions and provide requested information
- Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities
- Prepare reports for senior management
- Help organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs
- Support, maintain and update the HRMS records as timely by hiring, transferring, termination and resignation, sick and personal time.
- Process expatriates stay permit and work permit applications to ensure smooth procedures in accordance with the government rules and regulations.
- Responsible for employee’s leave activities travel request and attendance by keeping correct records to ensure that leave details can be an effective reference of required
reports. (e.g. payroll processing, and HSE report) accordingly.
- Liaise with any government offices such as labor department, immigration, SSB and revenue offices.
- Update HR systems (HRMS) according to the assigned tasks
- Holding accountable for recruitment trackers and monthly recruitment reports
- Manage Job Fair & participate in career events
- Manage day-to-day HR operational and people support services

Job Requirements

- Any Graduate (Prefer Diploma in HRD/HRM)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR Field
- Strong Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Good IT skills and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
