1. Screening resumes and applications2. Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process3. Working with recruitment agencies for specific job positions4. Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee5. Giving Orientation training for new or existing employees6. Managing workplace safety issues 7. Conducting various welfare activities8. Performing other tasks assigned by management.
1) Any Graduate (Preferred - Diploma in human resources, business administration)2) Strong knowledge of Myanmar labor law3) Three or more years’ experience working in multi-functions at Human Resource4) Computer proficiency5) Ability to handle multiple demands, work under time pressure and meet deadlines6) Expert stress management skills and ability to make important decisions under pressure7) Personal integrity to handle confidential information8) Cooperate with other departments for solving problems regarding HR related issues of staff from various departments.
