Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

-Manage and update HR databases with different information such as personal records,leaves, Warnings, Vacation and days off
-Create regular reports and presentations on HR Metrics ( Example, turnover rates,OT rates etc...)
-Prepare in Payroll Management and Payment.
-Answer employee's questions and provide request information.
-Administer the social security benefits (SSB) and make on time payment to SSB office
-Understand HR Budget, Parameters, Actual Costs and Analyses

• Any Graduate
• Certificate or diploma in HR management is preferable.
• At least three years working experience HR related fields
• English 4 skill / Good interpersonal communication
• Age 28 Years ~ 35 Years
• MS office skills (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Able to travel any region as business needs
