An Exciting Opportunity for ...

General Purpose of the Position - Responsible for delivering the operational objectives and processes of the HR functions under the direction of the HR Team Leader; meeting the business needs of the organization and its employees, and handling confidential and sensitive matters in a professional manner at all times.
Main Accountabilities
- Responsible for planning and executing individual recruitment campaigns for permanent roles, as directed by the HR Team Leader or HR Manager; including advertising vacancies, sourcing and screening candidates, reference checks and issuing offer letters.
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment of all SCW/SCL staff in the organization.
- Support the planning and execution of all talent development programmes. This includes sourcing of and coordination with external partners for talent development initiatives.
- Support the development of a talent pipeline, completion of Training Needs Analysis and preparation of the annual training calendar.
- Conduct HR inductions for new employees and ensure the onboarding checklist is completed and followed through correctly. Track and monitor probation completion and liaise with relevant HR teams to process relevant paperwork.
- Responsible for the employee referral scheme and promoting vacancies internally in the organization.
- Liaise with relevant HR teams to complete exit questionnaire processes. Compile and produce quarterly reports for the HR Team Leader and HR Manager to review for employee retention plans.
- Provide efficient customer service to external customers (candidates, training companies, agencies, etc.) and internal customers (all employees) by resolving queries in a timely manner and making referrals or escalating matters where necessary.
- Track and monitor talent acquisition and development activity and ensure relevant tracking systems are kept up to date.
- Ensure all relevant data and records are up to date and accurate on the HRIS. Support with projects related to the development of relevant modules on the HRIS.

Job Requirements

Education / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, relevant HR work experience (E)
- Diploma or similar qualification in HR/Personnel Management (D)
Knowledge
- Working knowledge and understanding of best practice HR processes and operations around Talent Acquisition, Development, and Retention; including relevant employment laws and regulations (E)
Experience
- Proven operational experience in an HR role focusing on Talent Acquisition (in-house or agency) and/or Talent Development (E)
Skills and personal qualities
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in Myanmar (advanced level) and English (intermediate to advanced level) (E)
- Self-motivated with a drive to continuously improve, develop and enhance performance and own skillset (E)
- Integrity and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information (E)
- Ability to produce high-quality work with accuracy and strong attention to detail (E)
- Client-focused with strong customer service and can-do attitudes (E)
- Ability to be flexible, adaptable and quick to learn new ideas, concepts, and processes (E)
- Approachable and personable nature with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders within and outside the organization (E)
