Process documentation all human resources policies relating to recruitment, promotions, transfers, personnel administration, industrial and employee's relations• Responsible to conduct and coordinate with management to distribute the monthly payroll timely that align the people strategies with the company’s goal.• Coordinate and provide follow-up to leave request employee references, wage verifications, income withholding, maintain up-to-date documentation, file/scan related records.• Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee• As directed, provide guidance to employees and management in regard to HR policies and practices and relevant employment law.• Preparing and processing timely distribution of salary, Preparation of salary statement• Conducting various welfare activities• Perform other tasks assigned by management.
-Diploma in Human Resources Management holder- At least 3 years experience in HR position at factory- Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.- Cooperate with other departments for solving problems regarding HR related issues of staff from various departments.- Demonstrable leadership abilities- Solid communication skills
