Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

• Assist the HR Manager with all HR functions including recruitment, performance management, , benefits, compensation and employee administration and relations

• Maintain Yangon American's employee policies and procedures, employee handbook and employee forms

• Assist with the recruitment process including posting, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring for open positions

• Organize for employee on-boarding, orientation, exit processes and document completion

• Help monitor and submit insurance registration and claims related to staff’s compensation

• Maintain employee records and files

• Handle the visa administration for foreign staff

• Support housing and accommodation organization for foreign staff

• Support annual performance management process for staff

• Support professional development initiatives for staff

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in Human Resources management especially in a generalist role

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred

• Diploma in Human Resources Management

• Kind, pleasant and effective communicator, willing to serve people at all levels of the organization

• Working knowledge of human resource principles, procedures and practices

• Ability to effectively deal with multiple priorities, functions and activities

• Well-developed business ethics and the ability to maintain a high level of discretion

• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations

• Strong Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on confidentiality, tact and diplomacy
