Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

 Maintains human resources records by maintaining applications, CVs, and applications for Native English Teacher
 Arranges and organizes the interview process (Recruitment) with HR manager, department manager and CEO (for higher positions)
 Verifies candidates’ background by contacting references
 Prepares offer letters and contracts for new employees
 Arranges orientation and training for the new and current employees
 Enrolls new employees by issuing forms and contracts and verifying completion
 Maintains manager and employee confidence by keeping human resources information confidential
 Keeps track of employee information
 Enters or changes employee information into the employee database
 Maintains administrative and personnel files
 Enroll and off-board employees on IT, Finance and HR files
 Implement and manage all HR functions including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, benefits, compensation and employee administration
 Implement processes, procedures and policies aligned with the HR Manager and Related Manager
 Oversee employee on-boarding, orientation, exit processes and document completion
 Monitor and submit insurance registration and claims related to staff’s compensation
 Coordinate all leaves of absence according to the labor law
 Oversee visa administration and medical insurance for foreign staff
 Lead housing and accommodation organization for foreign staff
 Lead annual performance management process for staff
 Maintains and updates job descriptions and person specifications for teacher positions.
 Manages the exit process for teachers who leave the company. Conducts exit interviews to identify trends and suggest corrective action.

Job Requirements

 Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in Human Resources Field
 Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in human resources related field or equivalent
 Working knowledge of human resource principles, procedures and practices
 Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
 Strong Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
 Smart and able to think on ones feet
