- Entry for employee data to register, Global Wave Software, SSB new comer, YOMA Bank Data, - Record Turnover list, SSB Out List- Prepare claim for Monthly Salary, Salary Tax, SSB, Staff Medical Charges, Staff Welfare- Updating Tax data and entry to tax book- Prepare probation assessment, transfer, confirmation letter- Prepare C & B report, monthly payroll report.- Record Assets List for PHGE.- Distribute Pay Slip and Tax Slip to employee.- Issue Medicine for First-Aid Box of respective department- Uniform Request and other allowance (Prepaid Card, Email Request, Transportation Allowance)- Check and support the require data for the global wave software- Update personal file and record duty manager leave- Other duties by Manager.
- Any graduate with HR Diploma.- At least 3 years experience in related field.- Excel Expert Training.- Possess good written and verbal communication skills; Both English and Myanmar.- Proficient in MS Office, Power Point, Internet, E-mail and excel spread sheets.- Strong Interpersonal and Excellent customer service skills.- Must be extremely professional in handling day to day HR related issues.- Able to work under pressure.
