Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

• Arrange systematically of the employees’ applications, flexible to adjust with HR associate and prepare and arrange in order manager’s interview questions.
• Rechecking in preparation of announcement, contacting recruitment resources, screening application, arranging interview by HR Supervisor.
• Arrange to check the requisition for new staff recruitment at Branch Offices and make sure to have respective qualifications of candidates.
• Responsible for coordinating of HR Projects like introducing and induction program including with rules, policies, benefits, procedures and job opportunity of organization.
• Assist for the total head count plan of a year and budgeted head count plan approving.
• Preparing the monthly Talent Acquisition statistic data and report and summit to AHRM.
• Following up on the interview process status.
• Organize our employee referral process, including asking for referrals and managing bonus requests.
• Any other tasks assigned by HRD/AHRM

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree holder in HR Management or relevant field.
• At least (4) years experiences in HR Fields in multi-national company.
• Must be skillful in advanced computer and process management.
• Able to communicate smoothly and politely with all level of staff.
• Be a good negotiator and enjoy dealing with people, whether by phone or in person.
• Can keep the confidential information of both personnel and company
• Be able to communicate in English
• Proven working experience as HR Recruiter or similar role
