Development and technical support on Third party administration Incident Management, Release management, Risk management, Change request, Problem management

Familiarity with the lifecycle of cloud services - from design to deployment, operation and refinement.

Ability to embrace new technologies and work in a fast-paced, global environment.

Impart training to internal customer with the skills to understand and fulfill consumer needs & Conduct time to time OJT for the respective team

To ensure timely flow of information to facilitate reviews, reporting, data analysis and initiation of action.

Systematic problem-solving approach coupled with a sense of ownership and drive.

Good interpersonal communication and customer service skills are needed in order to work successfully with stakeholders in high stress and/or ambiguous situations.

Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple deadlines.

Identify recurring issues and work with teams for ongoing resolution

Job Requirements

A minimum of 3 years of operation maintenance experience

Strongly experience of negotiation with vendors

Leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision making,

Must have good communication skills to align our current rule with the system.

HR system knowledge (e.g. payroll system is appreciated but not mandatory)

Skill of MS Office softs

Knowledge of database, SQL, VBA are appreciated but not mandatory
