-Establish and administer recruitment and selection program
to ensure adequate manpower supply to meet
- Experience in HR planning, development and HR experience
is a must
- Actively involves in talent requirement, interview
arrangement resume screening and candidate section process
- Develop and maintain employee database, monthly report and
documentation systems of human resources
- Demonstrated attention to detail, ability to follow
procedures, meet deadlines and work independently and cooperate with team members are required.

Job Requirements

 Diploma or Certificate in Human Resource Management
 Able to communicate in English both written and verbal
 Must have experience in HR planning and development and HR experience is a must
 Have enough knowledge of laws related to HR jobs
 Prefer have experience in HR Manager level
 Good personality
 Well known all the HR Functions
 Can travel and work under pressure
 More than 3 Years experience in HR Manager roles ( Age over 35 )
