Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

• Develops and maintains confidential departmental staff and associated files, documents, pay scale details and/or other important databases.
• Management of the entire recruiting staff: sourcing resumes/candidates, conducting phone and in person interviews, scheduling, tracking and reporting on candidate and interview data.
• Manages the offer process including referencing, securing background checks if needed.
• Draft letters and memos of HR related matters.
• Ensure necessary documentation related to allowances, appointments and contracts are completed for all recruitment.
• Monitor and follow-up to ensure timely completion of Probation Review Reports and Performance Evaluation Reports for all staff.
• Ensure all staff attendance records, leave records, follow up the file in on update status and coordinate with Payroll Section for monthly salary payroll.
• ensure that the company HR operational policies and processes are adhered to and continually improved.

Job Requirements

Any Graduate, MBA degree holder is preferable / Diploma in Human Resources Management
• Minimum 7 years related experience in Multinational Company Experience.
• Must have oversea experience.
• Strong knowledge in Myanmar Labor law.
• Strong analytical skill, excellent communication. interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels staff.
• Experience of proactively identifying and addressing issues.
• Fluent in English

Male/Female, age 30-50 years old, Bachelor’s degree or higher, min 5-year experiences
