Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

Responsibilities
1) Ensure the smooth management of Human Resource department in daily performance such as recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, administration and payroll.
2) Report to management directly regarding daily operation matter such as appointment offer, confirmation, promotion, salary adjustment, annual increment and others administration works.
3) Prepare Human Resource monthly report to Management and Labour office.
4) Administer all other related HR functions including employee tax, insurances claim, SSF claim, leaves , employee handbook, HR structure
5) Draft Company rules and regulations as and when required
6) Provide staff training and development, maintain employee relation with management.
7) Handle workers disciplinary issues
8) Work with various government office on matters pertaining to labor complaints, income tax, SSF, industrial/employees relations and adhered to the compliance of Labour Law.
9) Advise new development of Labour Law from time to time

Job Requirements

Requirements
• Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources Management/ Business Admin or equivalent.
• Minimum of 4 to 5 years experience in Human Resource related capacities. Experience in Manufacturing environment is an added advantage
• Good communication in English and interpersonal skills
• Dedicated and committed individual who is able to meet tight deadlines and with good follow-up skills
• Mature judgment and the ability to handle confidential matters discretely
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications (i.e. Word, Excel & Powerpoint) is an added advantage
