The Role

Responsible to manage full spectrum of HR functions for the Business

● Plan and conduct overall HR strategies that helps to enhance effective operation of business
● Implement HR policies and ensure HR practices are following local and national labour legislation and regulation
● Manage and control full spectrum of HR functions such as Employee Relation, Learning and Organizational Development, Compensation & Benefits and Performance Management
● Responsible to assess and review salary scheme based on company’s requirement, skills, qualifications and job level
● Manage salary and other benefit payments for local staffs and expatriates

Job Requirements

● Minimum 4 years of experience in related field
● Bachelor’s degree is a must and other qualifications in Business Administration or HRM will be a plus
● Good command of written and verbal English
● Strong knowledge of relevant employee related local laws and regulation in Myanmar
