Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

- Recruit, Interview and select employees to fill vacant positions with line managers.
- Check and maintain all staff's attendance records and leave balance.
- To prepare Employment Contracts, Rules & Regulations and Other Legal affairs.
- Check and maintain personnel files for all staffs at location, ensuring all documentation is complete.
- Maintain and update confidential personnel information and documents, and ensure relevant documents are kept in their respective files.
- To do company and HR policy orientation to new employees.
- Check and confirm payroll calculation, SSB and Income tax charges for on-time payment to relevant employees and government offices.
- To carry out Labor Retention Program.
- Prepares budget of human resources operations as needed.
- Coordinates management training in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions and performance review.
- To participate formulating Job Descriptions for all Employees & Standard Operating Procedures for all departments.
- Performs related work are required.

Job Requirements

- Any Graduate (or) Diploma in Human Resource
- At least (2) years' experience in Human Resource Management
- Age must be above (35) years
- Fluent in English language (Speaking & Writing)
- Strong leadership skill
- High motivation, commitment to work and able to work under pressure
- Strong personality, interpersonal skills, problem solving, presentation skill are required
