1) HR Generatlist person with resonable years of experience across recruitment, pay roll administration, tranning & development and employee relations. Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.2) Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.3) Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.4) Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.

Job Requirements
1) Holding a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.2) Minimum 5 years HR experience in large organization.3) In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices4) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.5) People oriented and results driven.6) Excellent active listening and presentation skills.
