Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

(1) Maintain entire process of human resources database system and keep the database always up to date and report the data extract to Management Committee regularly.
(2) Prepare and maintain variety of departmental records, and reports
(3) Evaluate work performance and motivates subordinate staff to obtain high productivity, results and morale
(4) Perform administrative and oversight functions in approving proposals, expenditures, enforcing policies , hiring and firing staff and developing skill sets
(5) Regularly meets with staff to exchange information, reviews project status and individual goals, and identifies new opportunities for improvement
(6) Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
(7) Follow up on time reflective HR Policies, action taken on rules and regulations as described in HR policies and advise management team with necessary modification of HR Manual in accordance with government’s laws and regulatory changes.
(8) Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
(9) Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
(10) Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource regulations, maintaining records of employees and representing the organization to labor authorities.
(11) Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
(12) Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors for career advancement, channel informal grievances to formal discussions and handle disputes among employees.

- Master, Bachelor degree (with MBA or Dip HRM preferred)
- Must have minimum 5 years in HR management field
- Prefer to media field
- Good budgeting and IT skills
