Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

1) Establish recruitment process, advises on recruitment practices and candidate selection.
2) Manage employee life cycle as per development plan through effective sourcing, interviewing and retention of employees.
3) Manage & negotiate the matter related to hiring employees.
4) Establish and conduct on-boding and training programs in line with organization needs.
5) Develop on effective compensation plan by conduction periodic salary surveys, monitoring individual pay actions.
6) Ensure the effective & efficient performance evaluation process and legal compliance with all labor legislation.
7) Establish and maintain HR policies & SOP and advice management on how to resolve employee relation issue.
8) Manage the exit process for all employee who leave the company and identify trends and suggest corrective actions.
9) Making good communication with internal & external customers and maintain stakeholder engagement.
10) Negotiate and manage outside teams to provide employee services in order to effectively operate.
11) Report to Management inform to HR issues, budgeting plan and provide HR information to all HODs.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ of relevant professional experience in human resources and in similar position.
• Bachelor’s degree is a must and other diploma or qualifications in Business
• The ability to work under pressure and with personnel from all levels
• Good budgeting and proper knowledge in HR software
• Strong command of written and verbal English
• Should have good interpersonal skills and be able to communicate well with all levels of staff.
