An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Working closely with various departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line manager to understand and ensure policies and procedures followed by all staff;
*liaising with a wide range of people involved in policy areas such as staff performance and health and safety
*Recruiting staff-this includes developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job advertisement, checking application forms, short listing, interviewing and selecting candidates
*Developing and updating staff handbooks
*Advising on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits
*Negotiating with staff and their representatives (for example, trade union officials) on issues relating to pay and conditions;
*Administering payroll and maintaining employee records;
*Interpreting, advising and updating on employment law
*Planning and sometime delivering, training –including inductions for new staff
*Collect the manpower requisition from every department
*Training & Development collect the training need for all employee
*Arrange the internal training according to the training procedure
*Performance Management, Prepare & get approval for the performance appraisal template
*Prepare kick off letter & announce to all concerned department heads remind to complete the appraisal for all employee & collect the results analyze & announce the appraisal results to all employees
*Overall management of Human Resource Management
*Other instruction assigned by senior management

Job Requirements

Any Graduate (preferable with HR certificates (or)HR diploma)
*At least more than five year of experiences in related field
*Able to speak and write English fluently
*Able to use Microsoft application /email and internet
*Understanding and practical knowledge of labor law and statutory and government order
*Good personal organizational skills including time management and ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
*Problem solving skills
*Good leadership skills
*Good organization skills
