• Develop and implement Human Resource Strategy, systems, Policy and procedures
• Manage Recruitment selection processes; orienting and training employees.
• Facilitate the development of performance appraisal system; compensation package and benefits for employees.
• Assist supervisors to develop and facilitate staff development activities.
• Ensure Legal compliance with the latest law
• Ensure compliance on HR policies and practices
• Communication link between management and employees.
• Report to management
• Handle MIC project implementation
• Manage accommodation for staff
• other details as assigned by upper management

Job Requirements

• Proven working experience at least 5 years as HR manager [experience in Manufacturing industry with MIC is a definite advantages]
• People oriented and results driven
• Good skills in communication, negotiation and interpersonal
• Knowledge of HR systems and computer usage [ experience with attendance system is an advantages]
• Willing to listen And negotiation, presentation and management skills
• In-depth knowledge of local labor law and HR best practices
• Any graduate with Diploma in Human Resources Management
• Spoken and written English or Chinese on top of Myanmar
