Overall Responsibility
• Manage and provide Engagement and Employee Relations Process for the entire organization.
• Manage engagement projects and sources the best consulting firm to fit with the organization.
• Manage the employee relations by liaising with government bodies, labour organizations and HR societies

Key Areas of Accountabilities
• Lead programs and consulting engagements in areas such as communications strategy, employee engagement and stakeholder management through the employee life cycle
• Design and deliver complex, large scale communications programs in a broad range
• Support change initiatives and embed them within the team
• Encourage the development of team members through formal and informal coaching
• Reinforce company’s values, through day-to-day behavior and challenge disrespectful behavior
• Partner with stakeholders to write, edit and proofread communications and content to ensure messaging is integrated, aligned with business priorities and support the business in meeting its objectives, while adhering to established standards
• Managing the distribution of internal communications and act as the super user for the internal communications tool
• Facilitate the assessment of departmental competency for each job category by separating strategic job family, work together with departmental managers for companywide.
• Leading the project of engagement programs i.e employees’ satisfaction survey, organizational health index survey and take corrective action depends on result by managing the entire project.
• Administers and interprets various labor agreements, administers grievance procedures, and provides labor relations support.
• Acts as a liaison between department managers and union representatives.
• Provides advice and counsel to managers and supervisors regarding personnel practices, policy and employment laws.
• Ensures compliance with all employment regulations.
• Advise and influence all levels of management around complex employee relations decisions, e.g.: business conduct, terminations, and HR policies, guidelines and practices
• Design and conduct HR investigations and organizational assessments - recommend and develop appropriate remediation.
• Designing or revising the forms and procedures, including developing processes with continual improvement purpose.
• Summarizing and preparing the monthly Engagement and Employee Relations report and Monthly Operation Highlight report to present in monthly SSC meeting
• Responsible for effectively overall HR Strategic Functions
• Responsible the implementation of updated HR Policies smoothly

Experience & Educational Requirements
• Any graduate or should possess a recognized degree in suitable discipline.
• An MBA is preferable
• Should have international recognized Diploma in HR Management and Development
• Minimum 5 - years of experience in HR field with a medium to large company, and at least 2 years of experiences in engagement/ employee relations functions.
• Training received in specialized HR Courses will be highly regarded
• Must be computer literate and familiar with email, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Presentation
