The Human Resources Manager will report to directly to the Property OM , GM with Open functional .
Reporting corporate human resources in Head office and will be an integral member of the Hotel Management Team.
As a HR Manager maintain associate discipline,contribute a high level of HR generalist knowledge and expertise for a designated property.
HR Manager will be accountable for talent acquisition , succession /work force planning , performance management and development for property associate lacing and developing others to help influence and execute business objectives in the most efficient manner.
HR Manager works with considerable independence , developing process to accomplish objective in the alignment with border business objective.
HR Manager capable to utilize HR business plan , aware with Myanmar Labour Law , deliver to business success .Managing recruitment & Staffing
Manage associate compensation strategy
Manage staff development activities
Responsible for Training and development and maintain the records
Responsible to manage HR , Procurement and admin associate directly driven them to day to day operations.

Job Requirements

3-4 Years experience in 3-5 star hotels and similar Position.
Any Graduate Diploma or Certificate in HR Management
Good communication and Interpersonal skills Adoptable, Proactive, Dynamic and flexible.
Person with integrity and must be aware of keep confidentially
Proficient in application of information & Technological area
