• Reaching the defined targets for hiring of different job families (time, costs, quality)
• Full execution of the recruitment process (including job posting, phone interviewing, job interviewing, organization chart review)
• Upgrade Standard of all process in HR Dept
• Manages posting of job vacancies at the best performing recruitment channels (responsiveness, quality and costs)
• Develops pool of internal and external talents
• Train the section heads of HR to develop their leadership skills, empowering other skills, analysis skills, planning skills, communication skills to improve their productivity
• Train the staff level of HR to improve their work performance to meet the standards
• Assigned for BU/BR and University visiting for checking the recruitment conditions and fulfill program manpower requirement
• Monitors the job market and prepares analyses and summaries of the main job market movements
• Preparation of the yearly recruitment plan and the budget
• Reports the progress on assigned job vacancies on the regular basis, communicates early warnings and provide the regular feedback about the performance of the recruitment process
• Balancing and fairness in salary system for all employee
• Set up the employee benefits, promotions, and improvement training plan, and leadership skills with every management level
• Right and suitable placement, Sourcing for Right employments
• Performance assessment accuracy
• Translate Organization business plan into operation plan
• Improve HR Achievement and Smooth Operation
• Ensure proper placement, attrition management and accurate recruitment
• Developing leaders in the organization
• One to one coaching to Section Head (Also include Staff level if necessary)

Job Requirements

Any Graduate
Diploma in Human Resource Management & MBA
Age must be between 27~ 35
Over 3 years experience in Management level(More Prefer Recruitment & Sourcing)
Strong in Manpower Planning, Recruiting & Sourcing Plan
Effective Employees recruitment and selection process
Good in communication Skill, Presentation skill & Coordination skills
Must have experience in Job Fair Arrangement
Fluent in English (4 skills) & strong in Computer skills
Understanding in HR government rules and regulation
