-Updated Organization Structure for the whole Win Food BU
- Man Power Plan for the whole Business
-Prepare TRA for HR team
-Analysis and reporting for A4 and A3 achievement
-Preparing Meeting Minutes of all of Meeting
-Prepare vacancy announcement for Win Food BU
-Payroll Management
-Check and sign administration expenses in HR dept.
-Sharing update HR’s policy
-To establish HR Dept. plans and budget
-Manage and maintain company’s vehicle
-Manage and maintain office equipment and supplies
-Perform performance appraisal in HR Dept.
-Overview HR Department and daily job
-Make monthly KPI data and send to OSM
-Work as a team in cross functional
-Share HR Development System is implemented and GA issue
-Understand flow process and all SOP of HR/GA
-Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees
-Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
-Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
-Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; candidate selection,conducting and analyzing exit interviews, recommending changes.

Job Requirements

-Any graduated (More prefer Diploma in Human Resource/ Administration Management/Business Management)
-Above 3 years experience in HR Manager field (More prefer in Factory Field)
-Age (27~35)
-Well know HR Policy and have Labour Law knowledge ( SSB, Income tax)
-Like challenges
-Have self confidence and motivation
-Good in negotiation skill and problem solving skill, Teamwork skill , Communication skill ,interviewing skill, analyzing skill
-Able to work under pressure
-Can lead HR team and organization development
-Motivation
