Job Description
Human Resources Department is looking for a Human Resources Manager (Generalist) to provide support in the various Human Resources functions such as recruiting, onboarding, managing employee relations, performance management, administering compensation and benefits.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with Head of HR to implement human resources programs by providing human resources services, including staffing, employment processing, compensation,
health and welfare benefits, records management, succession planning, employee relations and retention, compliance and labour relations;
- Produce head count reports and keep track of staff movements across the bank;
- Administer various human resource plans and procedures for all organization personnel; assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures;
prepares and maintains the HR manual;
- Participates in developing department goals, objectives and systems;
- Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems and database management
- Knowledge of Myanmar employment laws and practices
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel and Power Point
- Ability to work in, and adapt to, a rapidly changing environment
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Negotiation skills, effective written communication skills including the ability to prepare reports
- Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively

Education & Special Training
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related areas

Experience
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in the Human Resources field

Languages
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral in Myanmar and English
