Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

• Provide HR advisory to the management team to achieve the HR KPIs and objectives.
• Identify and develop HR strategies, programmes and policies to support the business needs of the Company.
• Work closely with managers in the various aspects of human resource function including but not limited to recruitment, compensation & benefits, payroll, training & development, talent management, employee engagement, etc.
• Manage day-to-day HR operational and people support services such as personnel records, administration of benefits, and HR reports.
• Implement good employee relation and lead in organisation of company events.
• Oversee the General Administration of the Company.

Job Requirements

• A degree in HR Management, Business or equivalent.
• Must have at least 5 to 8 years of HR working experience and demonstrated a proven track record in managing the HR function.
• Good knowledge of the Labour laws and other relevant statutory requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must have good command of spoken and written English language.
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining multiple projects/assignments.
• Possess initiative and high energy or drive as well as able to work independently.
