Maintain a positive, values-based work environment . Diversity Management Ensure timely recruitment of qualified local candidates, Ensure real time updating of local internal employee records, including maintaining an updated company organizational structure . Ensure timely submission of correct local salary computation details & SSB each month. Analyze employee population size and provide an executive summary report on a quarterly basis containing peak points and recommendation Ensure proper and diligent employment records and documentations at all times.
Minimum 3 to 4 years of working experience in HR ● Bachelor’s Degree in HR or relevant discipline● Strong Command of English● Must have essential skills: Performance management, engagement, Headcount planning, Counseling and Negotiation
