On behalf of our client, which is a fantastic and famous company in Myanmar looking for "HR Manager" detail as following

 Implement and manage all HR functions including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, benefits, compensation and employee administration
 Develop and maintain employee policies and procedures, employee handbook and employee forms
 Manage the recruitment process including posting, recruiting, interviewing and hiring for open positions
 Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions, employee records, and files for all positions
 Monitor and submit insurance registration and claims related to staff’s compensation
 Coordinate all leaves of absence according to the labor law
 Develop, implement and maintain effective compliance with all federal and state labor laws
 Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs
 Lead annual performance management process for staff
 Lead professional development initiatives for staff
 Supports management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions: analyzing information and applications

Job Requirements

 Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in Human Resources management especially in the broadcasting (or) Telecom background
 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree Holder
 Diploma in Human Resources Management
 Excellent organizational management skills
 Good management skills and the ability to undertake multiple tasks
 Working knowledge of human resource principles, procedures, and practices
 Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
 Strong Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
 Good Communication skills ( both written and spoken in English and Myanmar)
