• To manages day-to-day HR operations, employee relations for multiple programs to ensure strategic alignment with goals, objectives and compliance• To participate in change management and implement HR Policies , Procedures and SOPs as per company policies• To resolving employees' issues , complaints and involve in corrective actions to promote employee’s behavior and performance where needed • To maintains Confidentiality of sensitive information & documents professionally
Educational Qualifications/ Experience required:• Degree in Business Admin/ Graduate Diploma in HRM - Min 5 years’ experience Postgraduate HR Degree/ MBA / Professional HR Diploma from internationally recognized institutions would be an advantage Experience must be in Human Resources Management ExperienceSkills and Knowledge required: • Good interpersonal communication and problem solving skills• Sound knowledge of labour and other related laws and practices• Strong sense of commitment & urgency to meet tight deadlines • Ability to maintain confidentiality
