- Evaluate and manage recruitment channels to ensure the company effectively recruiting quality people.
- Achieve staffing objectives by recruiting and selection process effectively in order to maintain, attract and hire the right candidates in the right place in the right time to ensure well-utilized workforce growth for the company.
- Responsible for attracting, screening, selecting and onboarding qualified and suitable personnel to fill job openings within the set time period in order to efficient time track record and recruitment efficiency analysis etc.
- Conduct Salary and Benefits surveys, in recommending changes in the structure and rules of the compensation program, coordination and monitoring of the overall program (Wages and Salary Administration).
- Negotiate with staff and their representatives on pay and conditions.
- Design pay and benefits package for the company that's competitive in the market
- Achieve Departmental Goal & Organizational Goal.
- Set up & implement legislation rule & regulation according to labour law.
- Review existing rules, regulations & policy.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor of Degree Holder and Diploma in human resources management
- Above (5) years experience in HR & Business Administration field, Professionalism in Analysis and problem-solving.
- Good communication & personality. Initiative and persistent to obtain the results.
- Pleasant, friendly personality and self-motivator
- knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations.
- Professional excel level.
- knowledge of relevant software.
- Fluently English level.
