Develop and lead a strong HR department.Manage compensation and benefits administration (payroll,SSB,personal income tax)Maintain and update employee data records and company rules and regulations.Monitor employee safety, welfare and health.Ensure HR policies are in compliance with Labor Law.Planing of employee development, needs assessment and training program.Organise employee rewards and disciplinary actions.
Any graduate (with diploma in HRM/HRD preferred).Must have a minimum 6 yrs experience in related field.Proficient in using MS Office.Good leadership, managerial and decision - making skills.Strong knowledge of Labour Law.Excellent interpersonal, communication and team working skills.
