Job Description

1. Recruitment of qualified personnel and employee evaluation for probation period
2. Monitor and keep update of all Employee data
3. Ensure that wages calculations are accurate and carried out within the time frame
4. Maintains HR Policies and rules. Perform continuous improvement on the policy based on employee feedback and business needs
5. The organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices
6. Ensure that training are carried out according to the training master plan
7. Manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
8. Investigate and resolve any labor conflicts.
9. To do clearance tax at Government Office for all staffs
10. Prepares procedure releases concerning the labor contacts for staff members

Job Requirements

1. Must have at least 3 years of experience in related HR field
2. Bachelor Degree holder in human resources related field or equivalent
3. Able to use Microsoft application/email and internet
4. Able to speak and write English fluently
5. Understanding and practical knowledge of labor law
6. Good leadership Skills & personal organizational skills including time management and Problem Solving Skills
